I suggest look #1 w/ shoe #1. Since this is an evening event- black and grey w/ that pop of floral is completely perfect! The other outfit is more daytime and bright.
The strappy shoe says evening/ Spring also! Good luck!

I don't think you can go wrong! They are both great outfits!! I'd say go in the one that is the most comfortable or the one that you think gives you the most confidence if that makes sense. :-)
