What makes you feel chic even on the rainiest of days? For my look, I decided to combine two -- one for those days when it just lightly drizzles and another for the days when it downpours.

Psst: If you're interested in participating in Friday's Fancies, head on over to Long Distance Loving to sign up and receive her weekly e-mails. This way you'll know the themes in advance and have plenty of time to create your own inspiration board. It's also a great way to meet new fashion bloggers!
Next week's theme is Flower Power -- all about floral prints!

I have ot admit, it never rains where I live so the few times it does, I'm always bundled up in something boring like a sweatshirt. I need to get a chic outfit like these ready just in case the showers come in April :)
Love both of your options here!! They are perfect!!

you are so cute for the different types of rain inspired outfits!! i definitely would have to dress differently too without realizing i do. i would totally love to wear both outfits. have a wonderful weekend!
Great idea to do an outfit post for two types of rain. They are completely different, aren't they? I love both of the trenches and those yellow wellies are adorable! Glad to be a new follower.

Rain boots are the best for rainy days! I've always thought of buying a pair because they're soooo cute (you know, with some cute print), but it's not that it rains a lot in my city (60-65 rainy days per year or so), so I guess it wouldn't be a great investment :P . If I lived in northern Spain, where it rains 140 days/year, I would probably have tons of them :P
By the way, I’m hosting a giveaway in my blog: a very unique totebag from Romerobags. Feel free to participate in http://diaryofamoderndaylady.blogspot.com/2012/03/modern-day-lady-first-giveaway.html . Good luck!
So cute! Just found your blog through the 1/2 full linkup, love it. Inspiring style :)

Love the yellow hunters!! So happy to have found your blog :)
New follower!
I thought the two outfits would be a great idea. I live in Kansas where it mostly just drizzles so you just need some close toed shoes. But occasionally it dumps buckets and rain boots are a must!
Welcome to the party! I hope you're enjoying the posts. There is plenty more of new material coming this month, including a blog re-design!
I love the yellow hunters! I got some pink ones recently and try to find an excuse to wear them every day! xxx
